KEVIN & CYNTHIA PERRY
Executive Directors
Kevin & Cynthia co-direct the Halkirk Circle Square Ranch, having been involved there since 1999. They live on the camp property and are raising their family there. Together, they have a wealth of camp experience, including horsemanship proficiency, administration, program development, site maintenance and development expertise.

ROBERTA CHRISTIANSON
Office Administrator
Roberta is our Office Administrator and is a great asset to the Halkirk ranch with over 18 years of camp experience. Roberta first started as spring and summer staff in 1991 and has held several roles, including Horsemanship Director.

AARON DEAGLE
Operations & Maintenance Director
Aaron Deagle joined our year round staff team in September 2016 as the Director of Operations and Maintenance. He has a vast knowledge of the day to day running and maintenance of buildings, the pool and equipment as well as small engine repair. Aaron has a huge servant’s heart and a love for the Ranch ministry.

Summer Teams
Each year, Circle Square Ranch welcomes many young adults to our Summer Camp programs to teach, guide and support campers and oversee activities. These dedicated youth are the most valuable resource that we have. Positions available vary greatly but the same commitment and hard work is necessary for all.
We look for energetic young people who have a heart for God and who are willing to give of their time and energy to be models and mentors to the many campers who come to CSR. Check out Summer Staff & Volunteer opportunities below.
